  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of TECNIQ Aquarius within scope, budget and timeline.
  • Managed cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers, fostering collaboration.
  • Tracked project progress using daily standups and Kanban boards, utilizing tools like Github Projects.
